World Surfers Website With Kelly Slater looking hot to win another World Title, and three ladies battling for the Womens crown (Layne Beachley, Melanie Redman-Carr, Chelsea Georgeson) it might be timely to check out the new website launched to promote the WCT surfers. These wave model sites are hard to keep up to date with, but this US Navy site was running beautifully on the last day of 2002. Take this link, then click into PUBLIC ACCESS, then Oceanography, WW3 (World Waves).

This long range surf forecasting site is based in Adelaide, South Australia. It provides long range surfing forecasts out to 6 days (sometimes more) for SA, and is updated every two days.

Includes surfer profiles, Contest Results, WCT ratings, WQS ratings, Chatroom....

Surf cameras at many beaches.

A Sydney northern beaches based surf report which has pretty accurate surf predictions for all Australian regions.

This site comes from the Bureau of Meteorology and is chock full of weather info, including waves heights, cyclone histories, forecasts for just your bit of coastline, or nationally, they're talking about making people be registered to visit it so hopefully it's still available
